General Policy
BizBanc by extension has adopted the privacy policies of our bank partners where the collection of your personal information is concerned.  BizBanc adheres to globally recognized privacy standards set forth in the Online Privacy Alliance guidelines and abides by the Safe Harbor framework set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  BizBanc will continue to be transparent about its policies and practices.  In general BizBanc follows the guidelines and regulations of NACHA, U.S. Federal Reserve, Wachovia Bank (a division of Well Fargo Bank), Zion Bancorporation, and other banking networks and participating banks.
 
Note: BizBanc is unaffected by the 2008 change in control of Wachovia Bank.
 
Disclaimer
BizBanc provides services as the Third-Party Operator (TPO) that include the movement of funds using electronic methods for its clients.  BizBanc as part of its function collects personal information from individuals who are transacting with a BizBanc client.  The information collected is the property of the client and may be used by the client for their own purposes.  You should therefore consult the privacy policy of the organization prior to any transaction.
 
Personal Information
BizBanc does not use your information for any other purpose than to complete the transaction invoked by you with our client sites.  All transactions require that you must be at least 18 years old. We do not sell your information to any company.  BizBanc may from time to time notify you of rule changes or activity in your accounts.
 
Facts:
We will keep your information as it occurs during any transaction in that form for a minimum of seven years.
You may update your profile any time.
We can not delete you from our system once a transaction has cleared any bank.
We can close your account and you may open a new account but an existing account with attached historical transactions cannot be deleted.
BizBanc will only contact you for updates and matters of maintenace to the system or of the account information.  BizBanc will contact you at least once per year to maintain the status and integrity of the account data.
 
You may be selected randomly for quality assurance surveys which is purely optional.
 
Bank Processing and Your Rights
Any transaction conducted by BizBanc is just the same as passing a written check.  It carries all the protection and penalties of the law.  BizBanc will prosecute fruad with all diligence with the full force of the law.  Refunds and returns are policies set by the client who accepts your online transaction.  Generally you should expect the same response as you would if you paid with a paper check.  You should check the refund/return policy of the client site.
 
BizBanc cannot process a refund or return directly.  BizBanc can hold funds in escrow at your direction as long as we are notified prior to settlement of the funds in the BizBanc client's bank account.  Once funds have been deposited in the client's account you must contact the client site owners directly.
