Personal Skills Statement:
I am proficient in the Microsoft .NET framework. I am also proficient with the entire Microsoft business line of products including their server products (SQL Server, Windows Server, etc.) and their business application products such as the Office Suite.
As a business owner I have a unique perspective as a software architect, I know what it cost to build it and I know what it cost to maintain it. I can bridge the gap between management needs and project development. I have experience on multi-million dollar projects as lead and as project developer. In my own business I put together a team, secured more than $2 million in financing and have developed a successful business. I understand the nature of business very well.
One of my main tenants is absolute honesty in the project projections. Since 1988 my company has exclusively been a Microsoft shop. I decided a long time ago to be the best in one area. That was a good decision. I have technology migration expertise in moving companies’ platforms successfully from legacy system such as mainframe, PowerBuilder, Java, and others to Microsoft .NET centric architecture.
My projects generally are internal business developments. Often they are rescuing failed efforts. I have the skills to help your company with its total software architecture and designs to meet both production and compliance needs.
